The primary purpose of RN is to oversee direct nursing care to the residents including medication management and skin care treatments, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
The Registered Nurse (RN) supervises and coordinates the efforts of nursing staff and provides total nursing care for residents.
Qualifications for RNs:
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN degree preferred.
Valid RN license in the state of California Valid CPR certification experience in nursing with supervisory experience is preferred.
