We are currently hiring for part-time Call Center Agents to work remote.
We offer attendance and production-based incentives.
Not to mention, our competitive compensation package includes an hourly base rate PLUS production-based bonuses! The requirements for the Call Center Agent position are as follows:
- A computer that is not a Mac or a Chromebook and meets our IT departments approval - Must have modern Windows - Reliable internet - A headset that meets our IT departments approval - A quiet and distraction-free workspace - Maintain a typing speed of 35 words per minute - Fluently read, write, and speak the English language - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent - Speak with a clear and concise voice - Understanding and use of professional phone etiquette - Exhibit a confident and outgoing personality - Remain reliable and punctual (ability to report to work daily AND on time) - Exhibit drive and ambition to advance within the Company - Maintain a positive, can-do attitude - Can only accept applications from candidates that are willing to come to our Riverbank, California office, if needed.
